A PPP connection gives your computer a direct link to the 'Net.
IDS supports connectivity for Macintosh, and all flavors of Windows from Windows 95 and up.
We have several plans to choose from to accomodate all types of Internet users.

- Local access from almost anywhere in the United States
- Virtually unlimited E-mail
- 10 Megabytes of space for your personal web page (not included with low-volume dialup accounts)
- FTP, Newsgroups, and all other Internet forums
- Web-based Email controls for email forwarding, "vacation" settings, and mailbox statistics

Billing Policy
Customers' billing dates coincide with the dates their accounts are established.
Additional connect time accrued by your low volume account beyond the included amount of 20 hours will be
billed separately (for the previous 30 days) on a calendar monthly basis at the current rate of $1/hr.
Purchase orders are invoiced on a recurring basis depending on account payment terms: monthly, quarterly,
semi-annually or annually.

Cancellation Policy
Account cancellation becomes effective on the account anniversary date. |
Refund/Credit Policy
In general, setup fees and payments received in advance are non-refundable. Exceptions may
be made at IDS' discretion if there has been a technical inability on the part of IDS to provide adequate
service to you.
